Greg:

• Repair keel - Greg. Greg has made good progress, Franny will push for him to complete the keel for launch.
• Finish painting bottom.
• Work on outhaul on boom

Adam:

• Repair dodger - Adam
• Inflate red dinghy, move to Waterboat.

Ted:

• Inspect steering gear, grease rudderpost - Ted
• Put batteries on boat

Eric:

• Binnacle light - Eric (can be done after splash)

Scott:

• Replace nuts on rear quarter fittings ( 3 to go ) - Scott

Other:

• Take cushions from pav to boat (shortly before launch)
• Clean tools (use vinegar and scotchbrite; then spray with WD40)
• Clean S/S engine pan, and hull underneath
