Edit to show progress...
Greg:
- Repair keel - Greg. Greg has made good progress, Franny will push for him to complete the keel for launch.
- Paint bottom.
Greg should provide guidance wrt bottom, mast/boom and topsides painting.
Lloyd:
- Fix engine oil leaks - Lloyd. Lloyd says he’s on this; I’ll keep pushing him. No real Plan B if Lloyd doesn’t move on this; I think we need to pull the engine to do the job right.
Eric:
- Remove corrosion on mast and boom; repaint - Eric We should work on the boom and the mast. No progress on this yet that I know of.
- Binnacle light - Eric (can be done after splash)
- Touch up topsides paint - Eric. Ditto wrt Greg. Our topsides Awlgrip color is Cabernet Burgundy as far as I can tell - Greg has a set of color samples. He might have a few touch-up kits; he said he would order a few last spring for this purpose. Buffing the topsides is part of this.
Scott:
- Engine maintenance (change oil/various filters/replace raw water pump) - Scott. Have all the parts.
- Replace nuts on rear quarter fittings - Scott
- New blocks for mainsheet - Scott These are on the baot.
- New shackles to fasten traveler adjusting blocks to car - Scott.
- Inspect running rigging - Scott. Done. Need to take a length of rigging to the riggers for work.
- Take pfds/harnesses/jacklines/foulies/radios&plugs/puck compass/ditch bag/laptop/iPad to boat. Halyards and blocks on boat.
Ted:
- Replace damaged NMEA terminator for anemometer on masthead - Ted
- Inspect steering gear, grease rudderpost - Ted
- Condition batteries - Ted. I have no idea where this is at.
- Cetol woodwork - Ted. Scott applied a couple of coats of Cetol to the worst parts last Fall; we should put on a couple of coats more.
Adam:
- Repair dodger - Adam
- Get main, #1, #3 and spinnaker from North
Tim:
- Restitch wheel cover
Other:
- Take cushions from pav to boat (shortly before launch)
- Take boom to boat
- Inflate red dinghy, coat with ArmorAll, move to Waterboat.
- Clean, buff and Propspeed prop (think there is propspeed at the pav)
- Replace prop shaft zincs
