Diagnose Leaks

there is a low spot in the bilge to the port of the centerline, near the center of the main cabin (aka midships lake). water seems to collect here from the lake that forms at the base of the mast. we sealed the mast leaks, and both lakes dried up. however, the puddle formed again today (04jun09) after i opened the seawater inlet in the head.

there is probably still water coming in from the stanchions when it rains or when a rail goes under the water.

there is definitely water coming in from the lazarette hatches in heavy rain. it collects in the rudder lake and a bit in the midships lake.
