Seacocks in Head

The smaller yellow-handle seacock allows seawater to enter the toilet bowl. It should be open if people are going to use the head. The larger bronze-handle seacock is for direct overboard discharge of waste from the toilet bowl. It should normally be left closed. --Ted 13:43, 15 October 2007 (EDT)

Battery fluid levels

I'm pretty sure these are sealed "maintenance-free" batteries and the fluid level cannot be checked. --Ted 13:43, 15 October 2007 (EDT)

I'm pretty sure the 3 batteries are "flooded" classic water 'n' acid batteries; battery #3 I remember the water in it; believe #1 and #2 are too. But if they're NOT lead/acid style, we should rewrite our battery switching protocols to not parallel #3 with either #1 or #2 at all... ThomS 06Dec07 11:07 EST
