Nevermore Systems Status
This page is intended as a way for sailors to quickly determine which systems on the boat are not operating normally.
Please enter information about any systems that are not operating correctly on the boat, or which are operating in a non-standard way that skippers and crew should know about.
Engine
- Throttle tends to slip back, needs to be held to maintain RPMs.
Electrical
12v systems
- Steaming light: Can be turned on via the "Anchor" switch
- Tricolor: not installed
- Strobe: not installed
- Anchor light: not installed
- Fordeck light: not connected
- VHF Radio: not connected
- RADAR: not installed
- Wind Instruments: not installed
- Depth sounder: not connected
- Knotmeter: missing
- GPS: works, but currently cannot be charged
- Handheld VHF: works, but currently cannot be charged
110v systems
- shore power connections: unknown - never tested
- 110v charger: disconnected
Rig
- Traveler: non operational - tied in center position
- Mainsheet: operational, but traveler not usable.
- Jib roller furler: operational, but difficult to turn
- Jib sheets: functional but very frayed.
Freshwater
- Completely disconnected
Head
- Unknown status: has not been tested
Other
- Several portholes leak
- both hatches leak
- starboard cockpit lazarette leaks
- bimini not installed
- windex not installed
