- Inflate red dinghy, move to Waterboat.
Ted:
- Inspect steering gear, grease rudderpost - Ted
- Put batteries on boat
Eric:
- Binnacle light - Eric (can be done after splash)

- Replace nuts on rear quarter fittings ( 3 to go ) - Scott
