Nevermore is a U.S. Documented Vessel. This means that the vessel is registered with the U.S. Coast Guard National Vessel Documentation Center. State registration is not necessary for U.S. documented vessels.
Official Documentation Number: 626333
The above six-digit number is correct. It is on the Certificate of Documentation and it is painted on the interior of the hull above the aft port-side berth.
Note that there exists some paperwork from R. Reid with an erroneous 5-digit number. The correct number is six (6) digits.
