The light fixture at the top of the mast is broken.
It is believed to be an Aqua Signal Series 40 Tricolor/Anchor/Strobe light (12v, w/ Quicfits connector).
All three lamps are in working order (2 incandescent & 1 strobe). It may be possible to replace just the lenses to get the fixture working again properly.
Four wires run to this fixture from the base of the mast. These should be inspected for corrosion and replaced if necessary.
